Charlotte Clarrissa Lindsey

PARK HILLS - Charlotte Lindsey, 56, of Park Hills passed away January 13, 2015. She was born July 1, 1958 to the late Hughey Lindsey and Beulah Dorothy (Brown) Lindsey. Survivors include a brother, Alloyd I. Lindsey and sister, Bernadette Witherspoon, both of St. Louis. Also surviving are nieces and nephews and other extended family.
