Christopher Lee Vance

CADET Christopher Lee Vance, of Cadet, entered eternal rest unexpectedly February 5, 2024, at Parkland Health Center at the age of 36. He was born on July 15, 1987, in Ft. Worth, Texas, to James and Angela (Smith) Vance. Chris is survived by his parents, James and Angela Vance of Cadet, his sister, Samantha Elaine Vance of Cadet, his grandmother, Talethia Smith of Moravian Falls, NC, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his special canine companion, Belle. Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Ruth Vance and Grady Smith. Chris was a Texas A & M alumnus, graduating with a bachelors degree in business. He worked as an assistant manager for Dollar General. He will always be remembered as a very giving person. Chris was a talented artist and enjoyed video gaming. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Rose of Sharon Full Gospel Temple, 4311 McMillen, De Soto, MO.
