Listen to Obituary

Connie Elaine Grieshaber, of Farmington passed away on September 17, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 75. She was born in St. Louis on January 25, 1951, to the late Finis Chapman and Florence (Nagle) Chapman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clint Grieshaber in 1998; three sisters, Alice Giffin, Wanda Miller and Marcella Jack and a brother, Ralph Goss.

Connie was a talented artist/impressionist with acrylics and pastels. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting, cross stitching and just about any kind of hand work. She had a green thumb and, in the springtime, she always looked forward to putting in a vegetable garden and planting flowers. Her family will never forget the wonderful baked goods and meals she created for them to enjoy. During her lifetime she was fond of collecting and displaying China pieces she found along the way. Her grandchildren began calling her “MeMe” from an early age and it became a name that many others called her as well.

Connie will be sorely missed by everyone who loved her including her husband of 56 years, Allen Grieshaber; her daughter Kiesha (William) Miller; granddaughters, Elaina (Kani) Desimone and Isabella (Joseph) Becker; Siblings Howard Chapman and Florene Chapman. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced. Share your memories and condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
