Deborah Lee Johnston

FARMINGTON Deborah Lee Johnston, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at her home at the age of 66. She was born on November 26, 1957, in Washington, D.C., to Robert and Rose (Smith) Johnston. Deborah is survived by her son, Kyle (Megan) Johnston; grandchildren, Kara, Charlotte, Gunner, and Atlas; and her siblings, Dave (Pam) Johnston and Mike (Brenda) Johnston. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and special friends. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and her aunt, Katherine (Floyd) Rogers. Deborah graduated from Mineral Area College as a Registered Nurse and worked 24 years at the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching true crime, taking trips to the beach, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Per Deborahs request, no formal services will be held.
