Elzie Dee Fleeman Jr.

Elzie Dee Fleeman, Jr. of Belleview Valley Nursing Home, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2007, at Mineral Area Medical Center, at the age of 74 years. He was born on December 20, 1932, in St. Louis, the son of the late Elzie Dee Fleeman Sr. and Rosie Hadlock Fleeman. He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Robert, Richard, John, Paul and Roy, and a sister, Rosie Bequette. He loved playing his harmonica and collecting watches. He is survived by a brother, William Fleeman (Mary) of Bloomsdale, three sisters, Delores Ditch (Walter) of Bloomsdale, Shirley Sorebnsen of Houston, TX, and Kathleen Ditch of St. Louis, several nieces & nephews, his friends at Crawford Ranch Boarding Home and Belleview Valley Nursing Home. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2007. A funeral service will be held at the Cozean Chapel at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jeff Fleeman officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon Baptist Cemetery.
