FARMINGTON Gerald Wayne Perkins of Farmington passed away on November 17, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 67. Gerald was born on January 30, 1953 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to the late Marion and Ernestine Perkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Christine Perkins. Gerald is survived by his brothers, Michael Perkins and James Perkins and his aunt, Freddie Carpenter. There will be no formal services. Share your condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
