Harold David Hill

Harold David Hill of Ste. Genevieve passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at the age of 81. He was born on September 19, 1932, at Ridgley, TN, son of the late Charles Olan and Florence May (Stanfill) Hill. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson, Marcus Andrew Ballew and two sisters. From 1952 to 1954, Harold proudly served his country in the U. S. Army. Harold was a barber in Ste. Genevieve for many years. He was a member of the Coffman Baptist Church, Saline Masonic Lodge #226 AFAM and the Eastern Star. Survivors include his beloved wife of 58 years, Juanita; three daughters, Victoria (Ronnie) Ballew, Laurie (David) Herbst and Rhonda (Steve) Pfister; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 7 from 9 to 11 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel. Interment will be at Mayberry Cemetery in Avon.
