Helen Darlene Detring-Mcwilliams

FARMINGTON Helen Darlene Detring-McWilliams, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the age of 85, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on February 19, 1939, in Farmington, Missouri, to George and Iva (Landolt) Williams. Darlene is survived by her son, Randy Detring; her daughters, Lynne Detring and Elizabeth Detring; her stepchildren, Gretchen McWilliams and David McWilliams; also surviving are seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Darelene was preceded in death by her parents; and her former husbands, Paul Detring and Bob McWilliams. Darlene enjoyed quilting, sewing, working in the garden, and spending time with her family. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Farmington. Interment to follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
