ADVANCE - Herschel Franklin Stephens, 41, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 in Advance, MO. He was born February 29, 1976 in Idabell, Oklahoma to Phillip Franklin Stephens and Bonnie (Tharp) Vent, who survive. He worked in road construction and enjoyed renovating his home. He was married to Andria (Carlisle) Stephens who passed away March 20, 2017 also. Herschel was the youngest of ten children and he is survived by nine brothers and sisters.
