PARK HILLS - John C. Radford, Jr., 63, passed away September 19, 2014. He was born in Farmington to John and Patricia Radford. Survivors include his children, Tania Skaggs and John C. Radford, III, of Desloge. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on March 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Three Rivers Baptist Church with a dinner following the service.
