FARMINGTON Joseph "Joe" G. Myers, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on September 27, 2023, at Barnes Jewish Hospital at the age of 63. He was born on October 16, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Kenneth and Lelamae (Kern) Myers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Myers, and his special canine companion, aka his recliner buddy, Todd Jacob. Joe is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy (Mabery) Myers, his children, Jennifer (Jeff) Bowling of Farmington, Jerad (Kylie) Wofford of Farmington, and Joey Myers of Farmington, his grandchildren, Shelby Bowling, Baylor Bowling, Clairissa Wofford, and Stetson Wofford, his sister, Maryann (Mike) Compas of Spring, TX, his nieces and nephews, Kyle Compas, Emilie Compas, Vicki Dibble, and Richard Myers, along with a host of many other extended family members and special friends. Joe was a member of the VFW Farmington Post 5896 Auxiliary and the Elks Lodge #2330 of Arcadia Valley. He enjoyed camping with Judy and the Compound Butter Campers. He also enjoyed fishing, riding his side by side, was a WWF fan, an avid collector of "things" and a QVC watcher but mostly loved attending his grandkids sporting events. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel.
