Kathryn Halbrook

Kathryn Lorraine (Pothetos) Halbrook of Bismarck passed away at her residence, Sunday, August 13, 2006, at the age of 81. She was born on December 27, 1924, to Naomi (Johnson) Pothetosand the late Mike Pothetos. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Pothetos. Mrs. Halbrook was a devoted wife and mother. She had a great love for all people and enjoyed different kinds of animals and gardening She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Halbrook, a son William Halbrook, of Bismarck, her mother, Naomi Pothetos, of Farmington, and a sister Shirley Arning, of Arnold, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. A host of other friends and relatives also survive. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 14. A funeral service will be held at the Cozean Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m. Burial at Libertyville Methodist Church Cemetery.
