Kenneth Lee Sidebottom

Kenneth Lee "Kenny" Sidebottom, of Farmington, passed away July 2, 2018 at the age of 43. He was born September 18, 1974 in Farmington to the late Kennth Henry Sidebottom and Susan M. (Handshy) Miller, who survives. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents and his former wife, Tia (Lovell) Sidebottom. Kenny proudly served his country in the U. S. Army in the 4th Infantry Division in Iraqi Freedom from 2000 to 2004. He was a tank operator and an armsman. He was a journeyman electrician with the IBEW. In his spare time Kenny liked cave exploring, cooking, and fishing. He was a very smart person who was an avid reader. Survivors include his beloved daughter, Alyssa Bell Sidebottom; his mother, Susan Miller and her husband, Curtis Miller; a sister, Tracie Carter and brother, Kyle Sidebottom; aunts, uncles, nephews and a niece as well as extended family. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 5 6 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m. with military honors.
