Khuong "Kevin" Duc Vu

FARMINGTON - Khuong "Kevin" Duc Vu of Farmington passed away on April 19, 2025, at Camelot Skilled Nursing at the age of 68. He was born on June 21, 1956, in Saigon, Vietnam to the late Khue Van Vu and Sac Thi Vu.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Evon Nguyen, and his daughter, Nga Thi Vu. Kevin is also survived by three brothers, five sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Khue Van Vu; his mother, Sac Thi Vu; and his brother, Khuynh Duc Vu.

In 1975, Kevin moved to the United States, where he built a successful life alongside his beloved wife, Evon Nguyen. Together, they have owned Evon Nail Salon in Farmington for 20 years, a business that became a staple in the community and a reflection of their hard work and commitment. As a skilled nail technician, Kevin touched the lives of many clients. He had a deep love for gardening and was a devoted pet lover, always finding joy in nurturing his plants and caring for animals.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 4 - 7 p.m. and the visitation will resume on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Kevin will be laid to rest alongside his parents in Vietnam.
