Larry Winick, 71 of Farmington, Missouri, entered his eternal home on January 2nd, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Vicky (nee Clark), his mother, Mary Winick (nee Arkulari), his brother Mike Winick, and his sister Sandra Eaves. Children Scott (Annette), Matt (Amie), Dustin (Jeanna), and Ashley Barber (Clint). Stepdaughter Stephanie Bauerle (nee Danieley, Shaun). Grandchildren include Steven, Tayler, and Gracie Winick; Lillian and Isabelle Staat; Michael, Raelynn, Bradon, and Braxton Winick; Preston Barnhouse (Macey), Brogan, Helena, and Fisher Barber; Elizabeth Bauerle; and Mercedes Moore. Great-grandchildren include Kayden Winick and Shepherd Barnhouse. Larry also has several nieces, nephews, and many treasured friends. Larry was predeceased by his Father Reverend Lawrence Winick; his sister-in-law, Sandy Winick, niece, Christy Emmanuel (nee Eaves); his mother-in-law, Maxine Thomas; and stepdaughter Leslie Moore (nee Danieley).

Larry graduated from Farmington High School in 1972 and joined the United States Army, where he worked as an electrical technician. Following his service, he returned to Farmington and worked in Construction.

Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with family, working with his hands, playing softball, and gardening.

Larry was a devoted church member of the Farmington Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, and a devout Christian. He loved gospel music and had a deep baritone voice.

Visitation will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume on Tuesday at Farmington Christian Church beginning at 12 noon, followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Alan Berry officiating. Interment with military honors will immediately follow the service at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials, if desired, are requested to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, helping catastrophically injured U.S. military service members and first responders, as well as Gold Star families (families of fallen service members) and families of fallen first responders with young children.
