Linda truly never met a stranger, and always saw the best in everyone.

Linda K. Foreman (nee Mackley) of Oak Ridge, MO passed away on March 18, 2026. She was blissfully married to her husband Ken for sixty-one years.

She is survived by Ken and their two children, Chris (Christine) Foreman and Heather (Derek) Dickerson, daughter-in-law Donna Foreman, siblings Patti Patterson, Mary Christy, Judy Butler, Elaine Moore, and Ken Mackley, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Dr. Todd Foreman, her parents, brothers Ed and Rick, and sister Betty.

Her life was devoted to family. Linda was a Brownie, Girl Scout, Cub and Boy Scout leader. She received the St. Louis Area Boy Scout Council District Award of Merit for her leadership.

Linda was a terrific organizer. Everything in her home and life was in its place and neatly identified with perfectly printed labels. She also loved organizing events and was happy to organize yours, even if you thought you had it well handled.

Linda loved travel, living in several places, making friends, and interacting with people wherever she went. She truly never met a stranger, and always saw the best in everyone. She will be deeply missed by many.

Even in death Linda continues to give of herself. Her final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ, eye and tissue donation.
