FARMINGTON Louis Charles "Louie" Madsen, 77, of Farmington was born on August 15, 1939 and passed away March 18, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Georgia (Rembe) Madsen and his wife Janice L. (Adams) Madsen. Per Louie's request there will be no formal services. Interment will be private.
