BISMARCK - Louis "Lou" Fenelli of Bismarck, passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis on November 18, 2023 at the age of 94. He was born in Trenton, New Jersey on August 28, 1929 to the late Nicholas Fenelli and Lillian (Dickey) Fenelli. Services will be held in Trenton, New Jersey at Parkside Brenna Cellini Funeral Home at a date to be announced. Local arrangements are under the direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel.
