Matt Brann, of Farmington, Missouri, passed away on July 13, 2026, at St. Louis University Hospital, at the age of 65. He was born on February 8, 1961, in Ironton, Missouri, to the late David Brann and Rhoda (Bird) Brann.

Matt is survived by his children, David Brann, April Brann, and Addison Roney; his brothers, Rick Brann (Rochelle) and Jim Brann (Lupe); his sisters, Teri Duncan and Susan McCarron (Dan); and one cherished granddaughter. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends who will miss him dearly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Weiss and Carol Brann.

Matt was a dedicated electrician and proudly worked as a member of IBEW Local 1 for many years before his retirement. He took great pride in his work and the friendships he made throughout his career.

In his free time, Matt enjoyed working on various projects and was always happiest when he had something to build or repair. More than anything, he treasured the time he spent with his family, creating memories that will be forever cherished by those who knew and loved him.
