FARMINGTON - Ova "Gene" Foster, of Farmington, passed away on February 18, 2019 at Rolla Manor Care Center in Rolla, MO at the age of 80. There will be no formal services per the request of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel and Crematory.
