Robert Eugene Eads of Farmington passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2008, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, at the age of 62 years. He was born on January 5, 1946, at Bonne Terre, the son of the late Charles Paul and Edna (Burch) Eads. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Eads and sister-in-law, Sherry Eads. Mr. Eads was a member of the Desloge United Methodist Church. He worked as an Electrical Contractor in this area for many years. Robert was an avid outdoorsman and patriot. He was a charter member of the local Quail Unlimited chapter and an active member of the Pachyderm Club. In his spare time he could often be found reading Louis LAmour western novels and watching John Wayne movies. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sharon (Tiffany) Eads; daughter, Jamie Danesi of Douglasville, GA; brother, James Eads (Nancy) of the State of Pennsylvania; special cousin, William White of St. Louis; nephews, Jeffrey and Gregory Eads and niece, Christina Shultz, all of the State of Pennsylvania. Other relatives, friends and his church family also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Tuesday. A funeral service will be held at the Desloge United Methodist Church on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Bryan Schaefer officiating. Burial will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
