FARMINGTON - Ronald R. Horn, of Farmington, passed away on April 11, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St Louis at the age of 60. He was born on September 6, 1960 in Farmington, Missouri to the late Orville Horn and Thelma (Chapman) Horn. A private burial will take place at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Cozean Memorial Chapel.
