FREDERICKTOWN – Ronnie Lynn Hanes entered eternal rest on July 9, 2025, at ClaRu Deville Nursing Center in Fredericktown at the age of 73. He was born on July 31, 1951, in Elaine, Arkansas, to the late Rube M. Hanes and Annie E. (Fischer) Hanes-Becker.

Ronnie proudly served his country in the United States Army. He later worked for many years in construction, where he was known for his dedication and hands-on skill. He enjoyed listening to country music, spending time outdoors, and watching animals in their natural surroundings.

He is survived by his brothers, Larry G. Hanes, Jimmy J. Hanes, Freddie W. Becker, and Paul E. Becker; his sisters, Carolyn M. Callahan and Wanda F. Eye; and many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Coffman and Roy Hanes, and his sister, Vera Emily.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors. Share your memories and condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
