Sammie Lee Duncan of Farmington passed away on Friday, June 30, 2011, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, at the age of 57 years. He is survived by family and numerous friends and other relatives. There will be a graveside service at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington on Saturday, August 6 at 9 a.m. with Chaplain Charles Lotz officiating.
