Tina Buchanan

Tina Buchanan, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on December 2, 2025, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center at the age of 67. She was born on May 13, 1958, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to the late Willard and Barbara (Wiley) Govro.

She is survived by her children, Jason Buchanan (Amanda) and Josh Buchanan (Abby); her grandchildren, Logan Buchanan, Bryce Buchanan, Hutson Buchanan, Cole Buchanan, and Geneva Buchanan; her sister, Pam Link (Jim); her aunts, Jetty Reese and Marilyn Wiley; her niece, Dana Hern (Drew); her great nephew, Cooper Hern; and her dearest friend, Rozie Richardson. She is also lovingly remembered by many cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Buchanan, and her sister-in-law, Sharon Kay Berry.

Tina devoted her life to caring for her home and family. Earlier in life, she was a homemaker, and later she worked cleaning several local businesses, always taking pride in her work. She enjoyed mowing her grass and took great care in tending to her yard. Warm weather brought her joy, and she cherished time spent outdoors. Above all, Tina treasured every moment with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

A visitation will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Mike Haney.
