FARMINGTON- Tony Dean Carter passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the age of 41. He was born November 3, 1970 in St. Louis, the son of Ralph L. Carter and the late Judith G. (Palmer) Carter. Tony is survived by his father Ralph Carter, son Grant, and brother Brian Carter. There will be no formal services. Memorials if desired, may be made to the family.
