William "Billy" Joseph Hoon II

William "Billy" Joseph Hoon II passed away on August 14, 2025, at his home in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 62. He was born in Santa Ana, California, on September 27, 1962, to William Joseph Hoon and Twila Ray Hoon.

William is survived by his sister, Twila Ann Hoon Witz, his aunt, Mary Holmes, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Thomas E. Hoon.

William graduated from high school in 1981 in Missouri. He enjoyed long conversations with his family and watching movies and other shows. From a young age he was independent, loved being in nature, and had a great imagination. His family and friends will miss him.
