Zelma Mae Wines

FARMINGTON Zelma Mae Wines of Farmington passed away March 19, 2018 at her home at the age of 76. She was born December 25, 1941 to the late Aloysius Pohlman and Edna (Loida) Pohlman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Verena Baudendistel.

Zelma had been a long time resident of the Farmington area and always considered it her home. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was happiest when they were around. Cooking, gardening and sewing were some of her favorite pastimes. She enjoyed working at the election polls and the many friendships she had made there through the years.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Henry "Buzz" Wines; three daughters, Sandra (James "Frank") Laramore of Farmington, Linda (Dan) Watson of Pensacola, Florida and Terri (Scott) Salvo of Warrenton, Missouri; four grandchildren, Adam (Anne) Huskey, Andrea (Jared) Crane, Jacob Keller and Emily Salvo; five great grandchildren, Asia Gilbert, Alex Huskey, Abby Huskey, Jack Crane and Elliana Crane; two sisters, Delores Zemann of Linn, Missouri and Lavern McDaniel of Festus, Missouri and a brother, Jimmy (Joyce) Jackson of Festus, Missouri.

Friends may call on Wednesday, March 21, at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 8 p.m. Visitation will resume at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning until the time of the service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the American Cancer Society in Zelmas name.
